DMCA Policy

AnyShop respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects the same from sellers and buyers on the platform. If you believe a product or storefront on AnyShop infringes your copyright, you can submit a takedown request under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the "DMCA").
How to send a takedown notice
Send your notice to dmca@anyshop.io with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing — include the storefront URL, product slug, or product page link, plus enough description for us to locate it.
- Your contact information (mailing address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
What we do with valid notices
On receipt of a complete and valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the seller. We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate sellers we believe are repeat infringers.
Counter-notice
If you are a seller and believe content of yours was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@anyshop.io. The counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any district where AnyShop may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
Repeat-infringer policy
We terminate accounts of sellers we determine to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability under U.S. law (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)). Don't do it.
