Acceptable Use Policy

AnyShop serves legitimate digital-goods businesses. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or applicable law, even if we never touch the funds involved.
Prohibited content and products
- Anything illegal in your jurisdiction or in the buyer's jurisdiction.
- Resale or transfer of accounts to platforms whose terms forbid account transfer (e.g., game accounts, streaming subscriptions, social-media accounts).
- "Boosting" services on platforms whose terms forbid rank/score manipulation by paid third parties.
- Counterfeit license keys, leaked or stolen software keys, illicit activations of software you don't own.
- Stolen or leaked credentials, dumped databases, doxxing material.
- Malware, ransomware, viruses, exploit kits, RATs, stealers, credential phishers.
- Cheats, hacks, or third-party software that violates a game's or service's terms.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexualizes minors. Reports go to NCMEC immediately.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn").
- Content that incites or threatens violence, harassment, or terrorism.
- Hate speech and content that targets groups based on protected characteristics.
- Pyramid schemes, "get rich quick" schemes, deceptive trading or gambling content.
- Drugs and controlled substances (including legal-grey-area items like research chemicals).
- Weapons, explosives, weapon components, and 3D-printable firearm files where prohibited.
- Counterfeit goods, infringing copies of works you don't own, DMCA-violating content.
- PayPal Friends & Family payments, off-platform payments to evade fees, or payment flows that disguise the nature of the transaction.
- Crypto products from unverified or sanctioned wallets.
Prohibited behavior
- Bypassing or attempting to bypass our fraud-prevention measures.
- Using AnyShop as a tool to defraud buyers (selling things you can't deliver, taking payment for non-existent products, etc.).
- Spamming buyers — using purchase data we collected on a seller's behalf for unsolicited marketing.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or rebranding AnyShop itself without our written agreement.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or systematically downloading the Service.
- Using automated tools to abuse signup, checkout, or coupon flows.
Reporting
Report violations to abuse@anyshop.io. CSAM reports are forwarded to NCMEC and law enforcement.
Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of the offending storefront, removal of products, and blocking of the seller's account. We'll cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.
