- What does Free actually include?
- Everything you need to sell: unlimited products, orders, customers, license keys, files, fraud rules, webhooks, REST API, audit log, one-click data export. Pro only adds custom domain, multi-shop, the Verified badge, no Powered-by footer, and priority support.
- Do you take a cut of my sales?
- No. Free is free, Pro is $19.99/mo. Your buyers pay your Stripe / PayPal / BTCPay directly. We never custody your money on either plan.
- What about payment processor fees?
- Between you and your PSP. Stripe is ~2.9% + 30¢; PayPal varies; BTCPay is non-custodial. None of that touches us.
- What happens if you go down?
- Your storefront's on our infra, so an outage takes it offline. But your money's with your PSP and your data exports in one click — if we disappear, you're not stuck.
- Why does shoppex.io show €199 as a cap?
- At 1% capped at €199/mo, a seller doing €100k pays the same as one doing €1M. Above ~€20k/mo every euro you'd pay them, you keep with us.
- What can't I sell here?
- See our AUP. Short list: no gray-market keys, no malware, no PayPal F&F, no engagement-buying. Our PSP relationships depend on it.
