Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and Anyshop LLC, a Wyoming, United States limited liability company with its registered office at 1603 Capitol Avenue, Suite 413, #4213, Cheyenne, WY 82001, US (“anyshop”, “we”). They govern your use of the anyshop platform at anyshop.io.
What anyshop is
anyshop is software for selling digital products: hosted checkout, subscription billing, webhooks, and the tooling around them.
anyshop is a technical service provider. We are not the merchant of record, we are not a party to the sale between you and your buyers, and we never hold, receive, or transmit your funds. Payments are processed by the payment processor account you connect — currently Stripe — under your own agreement with that processor.
Your account
The platform is invite-only during early access. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials confidential, and manage who belongs to your organization. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your store and your obligations
You are the seller of record for everything you sell. You are responsible for the products you deliver, your prices, your refund policy, support for your buyers, and for calculating, collecting, and remitting any taxes that apply to your sales, including VAT and sales tax.
Your business profile must accurately identify who you are: buyers must be able to see who they are buying from. You must not misrepresent the nature of your business to anyshop, to your payment processor, or to your buyers, and you must not use anyshop to process payments for a business other than the one identified in your business profile.
Acceptable use
You may sell only digital products you have the right to sell. Unlawful, infringing, or deceptive products are prohibited, as is anything your payment processor prohibits. We may suspend or unpublish a store that we reasonably believe breaches these terms or exposes buyers, other merchants, or the platform to harm. Report abuse to abuse@anyshop.io.
Fees
anyshop charges a flat subscription fee for the platform. We take no commission on your sales and no percentage of your revenue. Fees for early-access merchants are set out in your invitation, and we will give at least 30 days’ notice before any fee change takes effect.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available and stable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service during early access. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice; where a change removes something material, we will say so before it lands.
Intellectual property
The platform, including its software and design, belongs to anyshop or its licensors. Your content — your products, files, and brand — remains yours. You grant us the license needed to host, display, and deliver that content in operating the service, and nothing more.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, with notice where practicable. After termination we make your store data available for export for 30 days, except where the law requires otherwise.
Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, anyshop’s total liability arising out of the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the platform after that date means the updated terms apply.
