Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

anyshop is for legitimate software, license keys, game keys you are authorized to sell, digital files you own, and access you control. Anything built to cheat, steal, defraud or break someone else's rules is not allowed, and a person reviews every store before it can take live payments.

What you can sell

You can sell digital goods you have the right to sell, delivered through anyshop:

  • Software, plugins, mods, scripts and apps you made or are licensed to distribute, and license keys for them.
  • Game and software keys you are authorized to resell by the publisher or an official distributor. We may ask for proof, and keys must be sold in line with the publisher's terms, including any region limits.
  • Digital files you created or hold the rights to: fonts, sound packs, presets, templates, graphics, e-books.
  • Access you control: memberships, private communities, courses and services you deliver yourself.

You must also follow the rules of every payment provider you connect. Stripe, PayPal and crypto processors each restrict some goods, and anyshop may pause a payment method for your store if a provider's rules require it.

What you cannot sell

These are never allowed, whatever the price or the wording of the listing.

How sellers must behave

  • Describe every product accurately: what it is, the platform and region, what the buyer must do to use it.
  • Deliver what you sell. Replace keys that do not work, and honor the refund policy you publish.
  • Answer buyers through your support email within 3 working days.
  • Never write fake reviews, buy engagement for your store, or pose as another seller or brand.
  • Keep one account per business. Opening another store to get around a decision is grounds for closing all of them.
  • Help us when we ask: identity or authorization documents during review, and information about a disputed order.
  • You are the merchant of record: you handle taxes, consumer rights and the payment provider relationship for your own sales.

How we enforce it

Because buyers pay you directly, anyshop never holds or freezes your money. Enforcement is about your store and listings, and every step is decided by a person.

  1. Store review. A person reviews every store before it can take live payments. Test mode works right away.
  2. Listing screening. Listings that match prohibited terms or categories are held and hidden until a person looks at them, usually within one working day.
  3. Warnings and fixes. For honest mistakes we tell you exactly what to change.
  4. Suspension. A store that breaks this policy is closed to buyers while we investigate. Orders already paid are still delivered.
  5. Termination. Serious or repeated violations close the store for good. You keep your data and can export it.

You can appeal any decision once, within 14 days, and a different person decides the appeal. We cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires it.

Reporting a store, and changes

Every store and checkout has a "Report this store" link, and you can also write to support@anyshop.io. We look at every report within one working day and take down listings that break this policy. Reports go to anyshop, never to the seller.

We will email sellers at least 14 days before a change that narrows what they can sell, unless the law or a payment provider requires a faster change.
