How long do we retain your personal data?
We retain Personal Data about you for as long as you have an open account with us or as otherwise necessary to provide you Services. In some cases, we retain Personal Data for longer, if doing so is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or collect fees owed, or is otherwise permitted or required by applicable law, rule, or regulation. If you are a visitor from the European Territories (including the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom), our legal basis for collecting and using the personal data described above will depend on the personal data concerned and the specific context in which we collect it. We will normally collect personal data from you where the processing is in our legitimate interests. In some cases, we may collect, and process personal data based on consent. EU data subjects have certain rights with respect to your personal data that we collect and process. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information which overrides your rights and freedoms.
